Are you tired of the hassle of searching for pickleball equipment in traditional sporting goods stores or online? Our founder, Joseph Sherman understands your frustration. While big box retailers may stock what you need, they often lack the personalized guidance to help you select the perfect paddle. Meanwhile, online shopping offers endless options but lacks the tactile experience crucial for confident purchases.
That's why Joseph saw an opportunity to revolutionize the pickleball shopping experience in Palm Beach County. Shake N Bake Pickleball is the first exclusive pickleball retail store in the area. We proudly carry a diverse selection of top pickleball brands and offer a unique paddle demo program, ensuring you find the paddle that suits your game perfectly.
At Shake N Bake Pickleball, we don't just offer products from familiar brands; we also introduce you to exciting options you may not have encountered before. By shopping local, you not only support your community but also enjoy a hands-on experience that keeps you coming back for more.
As the founder of Shake N Bake, Joe Sherman is passionate about pickleball and shares his expertise with fellow enthusiasts. Our commitment to customer satisfaction drives us to continually improve. That's why we've expanded our offerings to include an online shopping experience, ensuring you can access Shake N Bake's quality products no matter where you are.
Curious about our name? "Shake N Bake" pays homage to a famous move in pickleball, reflecting our dedication to the game. The “Shake & Bake” typically refers to the set play when the third shot is hit as a drive—in other words, pickleball with some pace.
To execute a shake and bake, a player on the serving team drives the ball hard on their third shot with maximum power so as to make their opponent hit a weak, low quality return, ideally one that will pop up high enough to be put away by their partner. See, as the one player drives the ball, the other immediately rush right up to the non volley zone (“kitchen”) line so that they are in position to return what will hopefully be an easily attackable shot for a quick put-away.
