Refund policy

Products that have not been used can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping costs, which are non-refundable. To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To return an item, please send an email to Joseph@snbpickleball.com with the following information:

Customer name,
email and telephone number,
order number,
and reason for return

Please box up your item in its original packaging and mail it to:
